Common pricing questions.
What counts as an active deal?
Any deal from New Lead through Contract Redlines Received. Won and Dead deals stay in history, but do not count toward the active deal limit.
How does billing work when someone joins mid-month?
Stripe handles billing with prorated charges and credits.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in Dealboard. Deals, notes, files, and history are not deleted. If you have more than 20 active deals, you will need to reduce that number or upgrade to keep editing them.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. $295/user/year. That saves $53/user compared to monthly billing.
Can I export all my data?
Yes. Your data is yours. Export your deals, notes, activity history, and files anytime from Settings → Account → Export.
